53. Daniel⁴ BAKER (Thomas³, Thomas², Thomas¹) was born in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey January 6, 1727. Daniel died January 30, 1800 in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey at 73 years of age.⁽¹⁶⁵⁾ He was interred February 1800 at Connecticut Farms Churchyard, Section II, Row L in Union, Essex County, New Jersey.⁽¹⁶⁶⁾

He married Abigail MILLER September 30, 1756 in New Jersey. Abigail was born September 10, 1737. Abigail was the daughter of Jonathan MILLER and Elizabeth DICKINSON. Abigail died March 18, 1802 in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey at 64 years of age.⁽¹⁶⁷⁾ She was interred March 1802 at Connecticut Farms Churchyard, Section II, Row L in Union, Essex County, New Jersey.⁽¹⁶⁸⁾

Elizabeth died November 6, 1814 in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey at 56 years of age.⁽¹⁶⁹⁾ She was interred November 1814 at Connecticut Farms Churchyard, Section II, Row L in Union, Essex County, New Jersey.⁽¹⁷⁰⁾

The will of Elizabeth Baker of Union Township, Essex Co., NJ, dated 23 September 1813 and proved 9 November 1814; makes bequests of $75 to Jonathan Baker, Melyn Baker, and Phebe Miller, wife of Moses Miller. Residue of money to be divided between brother, Daniel, and sister, Abigail. One half of residue of estate to sister Abigail and her two daughters, Elizabeth and Mary. One half of residue of estate to brother Daniel's three daughters, Phebe, Betsy and Maria. Brother Daniel and friend Matthias Burnet named executors.

134 vi. Joanna BAKER was born in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey August 21, 1768. Joanna died September 1783 at 15 years of age.

+ 135 vii. Jonathan BAKER was born October 23, 1770.

136 viii. Miller BAKER was born in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey March 25, 1773. Miller died May 10, 1810 at 37 years of age. He was interred March 1810 at Connecticut Farms Churchyard, Section II, Row L in Union, Essex County, New Jersey. He married Sarah WINANS.

137 ix. Peter BAKER was born in Elizabeth, Essex County, New Jersey March 25, 1783. Peter died 1848 at 65 years of age. He married Mary Rosanna ORTMAN.
