William⁷ BAKER (William⁶, William⁵, Henry⁴, Daniel³, Nathaniel², Thomas¹) was born in Westfield, Essex County, New Jersey July 28, 1815.⁽¹¹¹⁸⁾ William died May 13, 1892 in Highland Township, Jewell County, Kansas at 76 years of age. He was interred May 1892 in Highland Township, Jewell County, Kansas.

He married Hannah Eliza BAKER October 21, 1843 at Westfield Presbyterian Church in Westfield, Essex County, New Jersey.⁽¹¹¹⁹⁾ Hannah was born September 4, 1814 in Westfield, Essex County, New Jersey.⁽¹¹²⁰⁾ Hannah was the daughter of Matthias BAKER and Hannah FRAZEE. Hannah died March 2, 1883 in Pawnee City, Pawnee County, Nebraska at 68 years of age.⁽¹¹²¹⁾ She was interred March 1883 at Pawnee City Cemetery, in Pawnee City, Pawnee County, Nebraska.

In October 1982, Mrs. Carol A. (Smith) Rilling of Sierra Vista, Arizona, a great great granddaughter of Hannah E. Baker, obtained from Wherry Brothers Funeral Directors of Pawnee City, Nebraska the Record of Interment for Hannah E. Baker. This record indicates that she died March 2, 1883 aged 68 years, 5 months, 28 days at Pawnee City.

Westfield Presbyterian Church records show Hannah E. Baker admitted to membership by letter from the Methodist Church, Newark, NJ on 31 May 1845. The records also indicate that she and her husband, William Baker, were dismissed to Racine, Wisconsin Territory on 19 April 1846.
