Henry BAKER and Mary Ann S. RADLEY had the following children:

child + 629 i. Cortland Radley7 BAKER was born 1821.

child 630 ii. David BAKER was born in Westfield, Essex County, New Jersey 1823. David died June 12, 1847 in Centre, Rock County, Wisconsin at 23 years of age.

David was apparently killed by lightning. Several independent sources agree on the reason for his demise, but disagree on the place where it occurred. John Littell in his book, "Genealogies of the First Settlers of the Passaic Valley" says David's death was in Ohio.

The Richard Pearson Greaves collection of early Westfield, NJ families claims that he died in Johnstown, Wisconsin.
