33. Daniel³ BAKER (Nathaniel², Thomas¹) was born in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York August 1, 1692.⁽¹²⁶⁾ Daniel died March 16, 1739/0 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York at 47 years of age.⁽¹²⁷⁾ He was interred March 1739/0 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.

He married Abigail OSBORN September 7, 1714 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.⁽¹²⁸⁾ Abigail was born 1698 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York. Abigail was the daughter of Daniel OSBORN and Elizabeth HAND. Abigail died October 11, 1748 in Westfield, Essex County, New Jersey at 50 years of age. She was interred October 1748. Daniel Baker's will, dated 15 May 1740 and proved 26 August 1740, makes bequests of household goods and use of property to his wife, Abigail; his house and home lot and other land on Long Island to his son, Daniel, who is instructed to pay his brother, Abraham, £ 100 when he is 21 years old; 100 acres where his house stands and £ 20 to his son, Nathaniel; 100 acres in Elizabethtown, New Jersey joining the 100 acres given son, Nathaniel, to his son, Henry; and 2/3 of household goods to 3 unnamed daughters. The will names "my friend Eleazer Miller and my brother Thomas Osborne, executors".

105 iii. (female) BAKER was born in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York December 1720. (female) died January 24, 1720/1 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York at less than one year of age.⁽¹²⁹⁾

106 iv. Elizabeth BAKER was born in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York circa 1722. She married Jeremiah STRATTON September 14, 1741 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.⁽¹³⁰⁾ Jeremiah was born circa 1719 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York. Jeremiah was the son of Eliphalet STRATTON. He was baptized September 20, 1719 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.⁽¹³¹⁾

She was baptized February 11, 1721/2 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.⁽¹³²⁾

107 v. Katherine BAKER was born in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York circa 1724. She was baptized October 4, 1724 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.⁽¹³³⁾

+ 108 vi. Henry BAKER was born circa 1727.

+ 109 vii. Abraham BAKER was born circa 1729.

110 viii. Abigail BAKER was born in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York circa 1732. She was baptized January 4, 1732/3 in East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York.⁽¹³⁴⁾
