Ferguson to Blackall Regd 28th Feb 1818 at 1/2 past 3 oc

To the Regr appd by act of Parliament for Registering Deeds Wills &c A Memorial of an Indented Deed of afsignment of a mtgage bearing date the 27 day of Feby 1818 made between John Ferguson of Dorset St in the City of Dublin Esgr of the first part Thos Hamilton Ennis of Gt Britain St in the City of Dublin Esq of the 2nd pt and Major Blackall of Temple St. in the City of Dublin of the 3d pt Whereby after Reciting that by Indre of Lease bearing date the 20th of March 1719 Hugh Willoughby demised unto Michl Ennis all that the two lots of Lands commonly called and known by the names of Droomkillogh and Drumegan now called Sand Hills Sit Lying and being in the Parish of Currin and Coy of Monaghan To Hold unto sd Michl Ennis his heirs Exors admons and afsigns from the first of May then next for the lives of Joseph Welsh Peter Welsh & Saml Welsh & for the lives of such other person or persons as should for Ever thereafter be added thereto in pursuance of the Cooe for peicpl Renl therein contd as the rent of £14 and half a years rent renl fine on the fall of Each life & Recitg that Sd premises contg abt 54 Acres Irish mea were by Lineal descent vested in Sd Thomas H Ennis and Rectg that by Deeds of Lease & Release the Release bearing date the 30th of Decr 1800 and made between Thos Ennis of the one pt and sd Thos H Ennis of the other pt after Reciting as therein was Recited the sd Thos Ennis did grant bargain sell afsigned release and Confirm unto the sd Thos H Ennis all that & those the locan and Lands of Errigle in the manor of Carneggy and Coy of Cavan with the appences To hold from the demise of sd Thos Ennis to the use of sd Thos H Ennis his heirs Exors admon and afsigns for and during the Continuance of the therein before Recited Lease thereof and Every renl to be obtained thereof & Recitg that by Indu bearing date the 20 of Feby 1815 the sd Thos H Ennis for the consons therein menntioned did grant bargain sell release & confirm unto sd Jno Ferguson his heirs and afsigns All that & those the toun & Lands of Drumnegan orwise Sand Hills and Erigle with the apps To Hold sd John Ferguson his heirs and afsigns for the lives of the sevl persons named as Cestaoquivies in the last rent obtained of sd Leases under which sd Lands & premises were held and for the lives of such other persons as shd for Ever thereafter be added thereto subt to Redn as payment of the sum of £ 1000 and lawfull Int & Reciting that the sum of £ 1000 was due upon foot of sd mtgage ___ all Jnt was paid by sd Thos H Ennis to sd John Ferguson said Deed of which this writg is a meml witnefsed that in Conson of the sum of £ 1000 to sd John Ferguson paid with the privity of sd Thomas H Ennis he the sd John Ferguson did grant bargain sell alien release and Confirm unto the sd Robt Blackall in his actual pofson then being by virtue of a Lease for a year therein Recited all that and those of sd Town and Lands of Drumenenegran orwise Sand Hills sit in the Coy of Monaghan aforesd and also the town & Lands of Errigle Sit Lying & being in the Coy of cavan aforesd with all Edifice buildings and Improvs thereon To Hold unto sd Robt Blackall his heirs and afsigns for the life and lives of the persons names as Cest in the the last ___ obtained of the resptive Leases under which same were granted and for the life and lives of such other person & persons as shd for Ever thereafter be added thereto by virtue of the Cous for pufl Recd in sd resptive Leases contained Subt to the rent and Cous in sd resptive Leases reseud & rentd & the Renl fines & also subt to the provisoe or Condn of Redn is sd Recited deed of mtgage contd on paymt of sd sum of £ 1000 and the lawful Int thereof which sd Deed and this meml are resply witnefsd by Alexr Montgomery of the City of Dublin Attey at Law and Robt Dedricks of the same City Timber Mercht John Ferguson seal Thos H Ennis seal signed and sealed in thepresence of Robt Dedrickson Alexr Montgomery The above named Alexr Montgomery maketh oath & saith he was present & did see the above named Jno Ferguson Thos H Ennis and Robt Blackall duly Execute the Deed of afsignmt of which the above writing is a meml & did also see the above named John Ferguson and Thomas H Ennis duly Execute the above meml and saith the name Alexr Montgomery subs as a witnefs to sd Deed & above Meml is this Depos proper name & handwtg & saith dept delivered sd Deed & above Meml to Oliver Moore Esqr Dep Regr at or about half pt 3 oc in the aftn of Saturday the 28 day of Feby 1818 Alex Montgomery before me this day 28 day of feby Ole Moore Dep Regr
