To the Register appointed by act of Parliament for registering deeds will Conveyances and so forth in Ireland A Memorial of an Indenture bearing date the Fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty one made between Montague Mathew St. Leger of Ballyrickhard in the County of Tipperary Esq. and Esther St. Leger otherwise Penrose his wife of the first part John Gillis St. Leger of Great Charles Street in the City of Dublin Soliciitor and Edward Purdon of Bachelors Walk in said city of Dublin Esquire which said John Gillis St. Seger and Edward Purdon are Trustees of a certain Indenture of Settlement bearing the date the Second day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty nine executed upon the intermarriage of the said Montague Mathew St Leger with the said Esther Penrose of the second part Mary Ferguson of Kinsale in the County of Cork Widow of the third part Bingham Ferguson Edward John Ferguson and Alexander Ferguson Infants under the age of Twenty one years Children of the said Mary Ferguson of the fourth part the said Mary Ferguson of the Fifth part and Edward Richard St. Leger of Haddington Road in the said City of Dublin Esquire of the Sixth part after reciting as therein is recoted Said Indenture of which this is a Memorial witnessed that in pursuance of and in obedience to the Decretal order therein mentioned and in consideration of the premises they the said Montague Mathew St. Leger and Esther St. Leger his wife John Gillis St. Leger Edward Purdon Bingham Ferguson Edward John Ferguson and Alexander Ferguson and the said Mary Ferguson as well in her own right as for her said Infant children the said Bingham Ferguson Edward John Ferguson and Alexander Ferguson did and each of therein did by said deed grant and confirm unto the said Edward Richard St. Leger and his heirs all that and those that part of the lands of Dummarklyn then in the Tenancy or occupation of Sir Augustus Warren containing Twenty two acres one rood and fifteen perches and that portion thereof in the Tenancy or occupation of Edward Brady containg Eighty eight acres three roods and thirty perches making together one hundred and eleven acres one rood and five perches statute measure or thereabouts be the same more or less being the part or share which had been alloted and appointed unto the said John Gillis St. Leger and Edward Purdon as Trustees of the said Indenture of Settlement of Second day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty nine and which is marked on the map to the certificate as Lot number one and thereon colored red and which are also delineated on the map on the first skin thereon endorsed and which Lands are situate in the Barony of Muskerry and City of Cork To Hold the same unto the said Edward Richard St Leger and his heirs To the use of the said John Gillis St Leger and Edward Purdon there heirs and assigns upon the Trusts of the said Indenture of Settlement of the Second day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty nine subject to the payment of the sum of Sixteen pounds and five pence yearly portion of the yearly head rent of Eighty three pounds seven shillings and eight pence and of the yearly sum of six pounds three shillings and two pence for Tithe rent charge and of the yearly sum of Twenty pounds portion of the annuity of one hundred and twenty pounds payable to Elizabeth Gollock during her life and of the yearly sum of Five pounds portion of annuity of Thirty pounds payable to Thomas Gollock during his life said several sums making together the annual sum of Forty seven pounds three shillings and seven pence but freed and discharges of and indemnified by the other lots from the payment of any other or greater sums in respect of said head rent Tithe rent charges or annuities and subject also to the observance and performance of all and singular the covenants stipulations and agreements inserted and contained in the Fee Farm part on the part of the said John Gillis St Leger and Edward Purdon the said Montague Mathew St Leger and Esther St Leger his wife their heirs executors administrators and assigns to be observed and performed so far as such stipulations and agreements relate to or concern or ought to be observed and performed in respect or on account of the hereditaments and premises therein before granted and assured or intended so to be which said dded as to the execution thereof respectively by the said John Gillis St Leger Edward Purdon Mary Ferguson Mary Ferguson and Edward Richard St Leger is witnessed by George Kidd of Number Eighteen Great Charles Street in the City of Dublin gentleman and this Memorial as to the execution thereof by the said Mary Ferguson is witnessed by Richard Stanistreet of Malahide Medical Doctor and the said George Kidd.
