co. Cork. They in turn will pass in following order:

- Joseph Ferguson eldest son of the Rev Jospeh Ferguson of Moyne, co. Tipperary, clerk
- sons of Saml Ferguson in accordance with their seniority
- Wit: George Balton, atty at law and George Belton ___ of Queens County.
