A Memorial of an Indenture of a conveyance made the tweltfth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven between Adolphus Cooke of Caskenor in the County of Westmeath and Robert Jaffray Hautenville of .erry Place Kingstown in the County of Dublin Esquire of the first part Joseph Ferguson of Prospect in the County of Westmeath Doctor of Medicine and Anne Ferguson otherwise Browne his wife of the second part Charles Hamilton of Dominick Street in the City of Dublin Esquire of the thir part and Charles William Hamilton of Hanievsad in the County of Meath Esquire of the fourth part whereby after reciting amongts other things that by an Indenture of Mortgage bearing date on or about the fifth day of August one thousand and eight hundred and fity two and made between William Blackford of the one part and the said Charles Hamilton of the other part the said William Balcakford in consideration of the sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence granted sold and reliased unto the said Charles Hamilton his heirs and assigns all that and those the lands in said Indentures od Mortgage and therein after particularly mentioned to hold unto the said Charles Hamilton his heirs and assigns to the use of the said Charles Hamilton his heirs and assigns for ever subject to a provisoe therein contained for the indemption there of on the raypayment of of the said five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence and such other sums as might thereafter be advanced by the said Charles Hamilton unto or for the use of the said William Blackford not exceeding with the said sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence the sum of nine thousand two hundred pounds together with interest at the rate of six pounds per cent per annum and reciting that by an Indenture of assignment bearing date oon or about the first day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty two and made between the said Charles Hamilton of the one part and the Reverend Chaworth Brown therein described of the other part it was witnessed that in pussuance of an agreement therein mentioned and in Conson of the sum of two thousand pounds he the said Charles hamilton granted and assigned unto the said Chaworth Browne his heirs Executors admons and assigns the Said sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence secured by the said Mortgage of the fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty two and all Interest that should thereafter become due for the same to hold the said sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence and the interest thereof and other the premises thereby assigned unto the said Chaworth Browne his executors administrators and assigns as and for his own proper monies goods and Chattels for ever subject to redemption as therein mentioned and said Indenture of the first day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty two further witnessed that in further pursuance of the said agreement and for the Considerations aforesiad he the said Charles Hamilton granted and released unto the said Chaworth Brown and to his heirs and assigns all that and those the lands in the said Indenture of Mortgage of the fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty two and therein after maore particularly described to hold unto the use of the said Chaworth Browne his heirs and assigns for ever subject to redemption as therein mentioned and reciting that by an Indenture bearing date on or about the third day of February one thousand eight hundred and fifty one and made between the said Charles Hamilton of the first part William Lighe Hamilton Esquire of the Second part and the said Charles William Hamilton of the third part the said Charles Hamilton for the Consideration s therein mentioned granted released and Conveyed unto the said Charles William Hamilton his heirs and assigns the said land and premises comprised In the said Indenture of Mortgage of the fifth day of August one thousand and eight hundred and forty two subject to the provisoe for redemmption therein contained on payment of the sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence with Interest theron at the rate of six pounds per cent per annum said Indenture of which this writing is a memorial witnessed that in consideration of the sum of two thousand pounds paid to the said Anne Ferguson as therein before mentioned and for the nominal consideration therein mentioned they the said Adolphus Cooke Robert Jaffray Hautonville Jospeph Ferguson and Anne Ferguson his wife at the request and by the direction of the said Charles Hamilton testified by his being an executing party thereto bargained sold and assigned unto the said Charles William hamilton his Executors Administrators and assigns all that the said sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence secured by said recited Indenture of Mortgage on the fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty two and all interest due and to become due for the same with all benefit and advantage thereof and all and singular other the premises assigned by the said charles Hamilton to the said Chaworth Browne by the said Indenture of the first day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty two as a foresaid To hold .... and take the said sum of five thousand one hundred and eight pounds eleven shillings and ten pence and the interest thereof and other the premises thereby assigned and every part thereof unto the said Charles William Hamilton his Executors admons and assigns as and for hisand their own proper monies goods and Chattels for ever and said Indenture further witnessed that for the considerations therein before mentioned they have the said Adolphus Cooke and Robert Jaffrouy Hautonville at the bequest and by the direction of the said Joseph Ferguson Anne Ferguson and Charles Hamilton testified by their being respectively executing parties thereto granted released and conveyed unto the said Charles William hamilton his heirs and assigns the said lands and premises comprised in the Said Indenture of Mortgage of the fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty two and in the said Indenture of the first day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty two that is to say all that and those the lands of Clonagh otherwise Clenagh Dromean Dromean Killcloghun Bealbally Cornaclighy Currawtawney otherwise Corralawney Ballynesse Buffecan otherwise Bofitan otherwise Beufelin Rathfyan otherwise Rafyan otherwise Rafian Cavanagull otherwise Cavanacull otherwise Cavanquill Urenagh otherwise Uronagh otherwise Urehonagh Lisnover Tawnyhuillagh otherwise Tawnahullagh Tonnyraven otherwise Tewnaravan otherwise Tenneraven Carvaugh Gortnelock Derrycassan Duffinbeg Currin otherwise Corrin Gortingranagh otherwise Gortneggranagh Gillimenagh and Killerohan situate in the Barony of Tullahous and County of Cavan and also all that and those the town lands of Aghacashell Manragh Bannanoran Caldragh Tullaghmore Knockcullen Gortnavane Aghapole Killnagross Anaghtilernightly Anaghskonkenmore otherwise Anaskinkinmore and Annasallowney orwise Anaghsallany situate in the Barony of Leitrim and County of Leitrim or by whatsoever other names or names description or descriptions said several lands or any part of them respectively now are or heretofore have been reported or known or called together with all appurtinances whatsoever to the said lands tenements hereditaments and premises belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate right title Interest use trust Inheritance property claim and demand whatsoever both at Law in Equity of therin the said Adolphus Cook and Robert Jaffray Hautenville and each of them in to out of or upon the said lands tenements hereditanunts and premises and every part and parcel there of To hold unto the said Charles William Hamilton his heirs and assigns to the use of the said Charles William Hamilton his heirs and assigns for ever freed and discharged from the said mortgage debt of two thousand pounds and the Interest thereof secured by the said Indenture of the first day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty two and from all Claims of them the said Adolphus Cook And Robert Juffray Hautenville Joseph Ferguson and Anne Ferguson and Each and evry of them under the last mentioned Indenture which said deed as to the execution thereof by the said Robert Jaffray Hautenville is witnessed by Aubrey Harrison of Number Seven Inns Quay in the City of Dublin apprentice to Thomas Tighe Mecredy Solr and this memorial as to the execution thereof by the said Robert Jaffray Hautenville is witness by the said Aubrey Harrison and John H Kelly of number eighteen Vesey Place Kingstown in the County of Dublin Esqr Robert J Hautenville - seal- signed and sealed by the said Robert Jaffray Hautenville in presence of J.H. Kelly 18 Vesey Place Kingstown - Aubrey Harrison apprentice to Thos J Macredy 7 Juris Quay Dublin - The above named Aubrey Harrison makette oath and saith that he is a subscribing witness to the deed of which the foregoing writing is a memorial and also to said memorial saith he saw said deed and memorial respectively duly executed by the said Robert Jeffray Hautenville saith he delivered said deed and memorial respectively to John Edward Chapman Esq Assistant Register at the Registry Office Henrietta Street in the City of Dublin on Wednesday the twenty first day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight at or about the hour of fifteen minutes past three O'Clock in the after noon of said day and saith that the name Aubrey Harrison subscribed and witness to sd deed & memorial on this deponents proper name and hand writing - Aubrey Harrison - Sworn before me this 21st day of April 1858 at the Registry office in the City of Dublin - John E Chapman A.
