FERGUSON
Erected by Capt. Daniel Ferguson in memory of his infant daughter Robina. Also his son James aged 18 years who was lost at sea by the foundering of the barque Colorado while on her voyage from Ayr to Demerara Dec 1887.
Also his wife Sarah Kain who died 26 Aug 1917 aged 70 years. Also the above named Capt. Daniel Ferguson who died 21 May 1924 aged 79 years, and his daughter Jemina who died 19 Mar 1946 aged 54 years. Also his daughter Agnes who died 23 Jan 1951 aged 65 years. And his daughter Hannah Bella who died 30 Aug 1956 aged 80 years.

The Ordnance Survey Memoir of Islandmagee carried out in 1840 recorded 17 of the names included below, together with another 17 names, the stones of which have now disappeared. Those stones no longer visible were to the following families:- Adair, Adams, Boyle, Campbell, Cathcart, Clark, Cunningham, Donaldson, Ferguson, Graham, Hamilton, McClelland, McMeekan, McMurtry, Read, Sinclair and Stafford. However, there are also in the graveyard now at least 13 stones of pre- 1840 date, with names not recorded by the surveyors. One must assume that the graveyard was much wilder that it is at present.

Erected by John Ferguson in loving memory of his beloved wife Jennie Kain who died 17 Jan 1903 aged 46 years. Also their daughter Sarah who died 08 May 1896 aged 9 months. Also their son John who died at Pensacola, 04 Oct 1911 aged 33 years. Also their son George who died 13 Jan 1922 aged 35 years, interred in Shooters Hill Cemetery, London. The above-named John Ferguson died 17 Feb 1928. And his grandson William Hamilton died 22 Jan 1919. His son-in-law George Hamilton died 11 Jan 1954. His grandson Alexander Hamilton died 13 Nov 1958. Also his grandson William Fergus Hamilton died 13 Apr 1965 aged 13 years. Also his daughter Ann died 03 Feb 1970 , wife of the above named George Hamilton.
HILL
Also his daughter Jenny Hill who died 15 Oct 1953 aged 83 years. And his niece Jane Ferguson who died 10 Aug 1962 aged 84 years.

CLARKE
Erected by William Ferguson R.N. in memory of his father-in-law John Clarke who died 03 Mar 1839 aged 52 years. And his wife Jane who died 17 Oct 1848 aged 59 years. Also three of their grandchildren. The above William Ferguson died 09 Jan 1889 aged 55 years. And his wife Jane Clarke who died 12 Apr 1906 aged 75 years.
