GGGGF John Driskell, Sr. b 26 Nov 1719 Somerset Co, Maryland. He and Adam were in Mason, Kentucky in 1797-1799. Likely moved to Greene County as early as 1807, before Clark and Champaign counties were cut out of Greene county. 1st wife ?? Children: John, Jr.; Jeremiah; and William. 2nd wife, Mary Jones children: Elias; and James. 3rd wife ?? Children: Josiah; Margaret; Anna; Rachel; Polly; Elizabeth; Catherine; Phebe; and Julia Ann.

Bought land in the 1660's-named "Kingsale", "Cork", "Bushy Neck", and "Dennis Addition:. Left a will in Somerset Co. Maryland, dated 1721. 1st wife Hannah; 2nd wife Winnifred.
