Driscoll of Cork
Roll Call: Lori Driscoll-Gruber

Timothy Driscoll of Cork married Mary O'Calaghan possibly about 1820 and had a son named Michael and possibly a daughter, Catherine. I'm not sure if Timothy emigrated to Canada or if it was just Michael. I've located their names on a ship coming to Canada in 1833 through New Brunswick, but I don't know if it's the family I'm searching for or not. I do know that Michael eventually settled in Hull, Quebec. He married Bridget Tierney (McTiernan, daughter of Stephen Tierney and Catherine McCurrigan) in 1848 at Notre-Dame Basilica in Ottawa, Ontario. Michael and Bridget had 2 sons, that I'm aware of, Thomas b. 1849 and John (my great-grandfather) b. 1851.
