My great-grandfather, Michael Driscoll, emigrated in 1883 and married a Mary Calnan who came over the year before. Michael's father was James and his mother was Julia Bryant.

He married a Mary Calnan on 1/10/85 in Newton, MA. According to the 1900 census they still lived in Newton and had 9 children by that time. He died 12/30/1940 in Newton. His wife, Mary, died 10/28/53 at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital
