Driscoll of Cork
Roll Call: Hannah Anstey

Mark Driscoll, who I believe was born in Bandon, Co Cork. Also in his son Patrick Driscoll who emigrated to England (London), probably in the 1830s. We think he married Mary Whiles from Kent on 27th July 1861, although we've been told that her name could also possibly be Ellen or Helen Mary. Patrick and Mary had 8 children. Patrick, Thomas, Michael (emigrated to Canada), Anne, Hannah and Mary. I have more information on their descendants if anybody wishes it, particularly Patrick's as he was my great-great-grandfather. The Cork Driscoll's, however, are Mark (my 4x ggrandfather) and his son Patrick (my 3x ggrandfather). I have no knowledge of siblings (although I'm guessing there were some) or Mark's wife - the only clue is Bandon. Patrick was probably born in the early 1850s, so at a guess, his father Mark was born in the 1820s?
