1. JOHANN FAUTH.

Arrived in Bergdorf Russia in 1809. Johann Fauth is listed as one of the
pioneer settlers of Bergdorf Village according to the Glueckstal Colonies book.
Family information from Dr. Karl Stumpp book (Emigration from Germany to
Russia) describes the family as:
FAUT, Johannes 50, his wife Philippina died in 1812. His second wife Barbara
26, comes from Glueckstal. The children of his first marriage are: Margareta 19,
Katharina 13, Philippina Katharina 6 and Christina Barbara 2 1/2. And, (if I
read it correctly) his second wife brought with her, to the marriage, two
illegitimate children: Barbara 3 1/4 and Johannes 6 months.

They had the following children:

	2	F	i	ANNA MARGARETHA FAUTH was born 12 Oct 1796 in Dörrenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. She died 20 Feb 1846 in BERGDORF, RUSSIA. Birthdate calculated from death record. Death record: St. Petersbug film #1882638/1 119 9 which states that she was 49 years, 4 months 8 days old at the time of her death. It also states that she was born in Darnenbach (I believe this should be Dörrenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany). It also states that her maiden name is FAUTH. ANNA married FRIDRICH WOLF.
	3	F	ii	KATHARINA FAUTH was born 27 Jan 1801 in SCHLEITHAL, ELSASS. She died 2 Nov 1843 in GLUECKSTAL, RUSSIA. Birthdate calculated from death record. Death record: St. Petersburg film # 1882594/3 95 182 record says Katharina Stock was 42 years 9 months 6 days and it gives her maiden name as FAUTH born in Schleithal. Death record also gives husbands name as Johannes Stock. KATHARINA married JOHANNES STOCK.
+	4	F	iii	PHILIPPINA KATHARINA FAUTH was born 18 Aug 1808 and died 1 Feb 1874.

JOHANN also married (2) BARBARA JUNDT. BARBARA was born 13 Jul 1788 in BASEL, SCHWEIZ, Germany.

	7	M	vi	JOHANNES FAUTH was born 23 Dec 1815 in BERGDORF, RUSSIA. He died 23 Dec 1834.
	8	M	vii	HEINRICH FAUTH was born 1817 in BERGDORF, RUSSIA. He died in STRASSBURG, NORTH DAKOTA. Birthdate taken from naturalization papers filed in Emmons County, Dakota Territory dated 3/8/1893. HEINRICH married BARBARA SCHMIDT.
	9	M	viii	CHRISTOPH FAUTH was born 1820 in BERGDORF, RUSSIA. CHRISTOPH married KATARINA.
