She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #42 of Orford and the Senior Citizens of Fairlee. She is survived by two sons, David Colby of Fairlee, and Raymond Colby of Harrisburg, Ill.; two daughters, Phyllis Colby of Fairlee and Peggy Colby of Danville; three grandchildren; her mother, Mildred Rhodes of Fairlee; one brother, Vernon "Vern" Jewett of Pennacook, N.H.; one sister, Valisa Roberts of Fairlee; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Oct. 3 at the Post Mills Congregational Church. Burial followed in the Post Mills Cemetery. Member of the LDS Church where he served as counselor in two bishoprics and numerous other callings. Survived by wife, Bonnie; children: Jeffrey L.
