Mr. Goodwin was the son of Clark and Abigail Goodwin and was born in Whitefield July 23, 1843. He was married to Beatrice Harriman Oct. 11, 1864. Since his marriage Mr. and Mrs. Goodwin have resided in Whitefield. The deceased is survived by a widow, two sons, B. C. Goodwin and Dr. B. H. Goodwin, both residing in town.
