The deceased was the daughter of the late James Colby who died last fall. The funeral took place at the house at 11 o' clock yesterday, attended to by the Rev. E. T. Farrill of the Congregational church of Hopkinton. At about one o' clock the remains accompanied by mourners and friends, were carried by a special train to Concord and were deposited at Blossom Hill cemetery beside those of her husband, who died some ten years ago. The deceased was fifty-four years and four months of age, and leaves her aged mother, Mrs. James Colby, two brothers, James B., of Concord and John Colby, and one sister, Mrs. Susan Gerrish of this place to mourn her loss. The funeral was attended by a large number of relatives and friends. The deceased was prepared and ready to go, and has always mourned the loss of her husband.
