Born 9 Oct 1855, Bastrop, TX. Father's name: Andrew POTTER, born in MO. Mother's maiden name: Emmelia GUIN, born in MO. Martha Ann died of Nephrites and influenze with a contributory cause being toxemia.
Informant for the death certificate was Al COLBAUGH. Recorded Vol. 12, on page 90 of Death Records."
