1 Ruth Lepper (This information on the Coker lineage was shared with me personally, in an email dated 2/23/2006, by Ruth Lepper, who is also a Coker descendent.), According to Ruth, Sam and Julia's marriage liscence was issued in Cass County (not Morgan), Illinois. It is possible that the wedding may have taken place in Morgan County, but this is pure speculation on my part.
