York and John York her husband by their act and deed situate in tract of land in Northwest fractional quarter of Section No. (3) three in Township No. (65) Sixty five in Range forty two containing one heirs interest, also their interest in the North half of the East half of North West quarter of Section No. (32) Thirty two in Township No. (66) Sixty Six of Range No. (42) containing forty acres more or less also in two town lots in the North West corner of the South West quarter of Section No. (3) Three in Township No. (65) Sixty five Range No. (42) forty Two being one heirs interest in the estate of John C. Lindsley. In witness whereof we hereunto.

And she the said Zerilda Lindsley being by me first made acquainted with the contents of such deed and examined separate and apart from her husband, acknowledged on such examination that she executed the same and relinquish her power in the realestate their mentioned freely and without compulsion or undinfluence of her said husband given under my hand this the 13" day of March A.D. 1868.
