B. and Elizabeth Payne of Virginia, this c ounty; by this union they have been blessed with three children: Bessie L., Vida V., and Mab el A. Mr. Crum is a member of the M. E. Church and is Secretary of Lodge No. 68, I.O.O.F. o f Virginia, this county; he is a Democrat.
