Isaac Brownlee Cochran was born on 18 April 1833 at Ohio.2 He was the son of John Lowrey Cochran and Mary Catherine Bricker.1 He and Catherine Thompson were married on 16 May 1854 at Muskingum County, Ohio, by P. P. Ingalls.3
