     Isaac and Catherine appeared on the US Census taken 1870 at Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, with Sicelia Cochran, Emma Cochran, Jessie Cochran, Capitola Cochran, James Cochran, Austin Cochran and Hugh Cochran. He was listed as Brownlee Cochran a 37 year old cigar maker born in Ohio. The rest of the family was also born in Ohio, with the exception of Austin and Hugh who were listed as born in West Virginia.6 He was (an unknown value) in 1871 at Wheeling.7
