John Lowrey Cochran's descendants
     Laura A. Cochran was born in August 1851 at Ohio.2 She was the daughter of John Lowrey Cochran and Elvina P. Williams. She and John Otis Wilhelm were married on 31 December 1874 at Morgan County, Ohio, by Rev. W. P. Shrom. J. H. Whitaker applied for the license.3 She died in January 1937 at Teaneck, Bergen County, New Jersey, at age 85.4
     Laura A. Cochran appeared on the census of 3 August 1870 in the household of Elvina P. Williams at McConnelsville, Morgan County, Ohio. .5 Laura and John Otis Wilhelm appeared on the US Census taken 6 June 1880 at 40 North Third Street, Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio, as boarders at a boarding house. Their son Roy Cochran Wilhelm was also listed as a boarder in the same dwelling but enumerated on a later page.6
     Laura A. Cochran and her husband John appeared on the US Census taken 6 June 1900 at Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. They were listed as J. Otis and A. Laura Wilhelm.2 She and her husband John appeared on the US Census taken 10 May 1910 at Teaneck Township, Bergen County, New Jersey, with Roy Cochran Wilhelm. .7 She and her husband John Otis Wilhelm appeared on the US Census taken 2 January 1920 at Teaneck with Roy Cochran Wilhelm. .8
     Laura appeared as head of household on the US Census taken 7 April 1930 at Teaneck Township, Bergen County, New Jersey, with her son Roy Cochran Wilhelm.9
