FRANCES GENTRY
Frances Lillie Cobb Gentry, 81, of West Union died Nov. 15 at CountryChristian Care in Fairplay.
A native of Oconee County, she was a retired employee of SchlumbergerIndustries and was a member of Fairview Church of God.
Surviving are daughters, Betty Lou Winkler of Williamston, MargaretAnn Smith, Edna Gentry Smith, and Brenda Gentry Hanvey, all of WestUnion; brother, S.P. Cobb of Seneca and Katherine Hunter of WestUnion; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and threegreat-great-grandchildren.
She was the widow of William Bruce Gentry and the daughter of the lateLuther and Sallie Smith Cobb.
Funeral services were held Nov. 18 at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel inWalhalla. Burial followed in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM , Tuesday, November 18, 2003from the Chapel of Davenport Funeral Home with burial in EvergreenMemorial Gardens .
The body is at the Davenport Funeral Home where the family willreceive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM , Monday, November 17, 2003 .
