William, Jr. witnessed a deed in 1710 between his father, William Stark, Sr. and Isaac Fox, husband of Elizabeth Stark who was the daughter of John Stark, William Stark, Jr.'s uncle. Christopher Stark, Sr. latest date of birth was 1695. Son of William Stark, Sr. and Elizabeth, grandson of Aaron Stark, Sr. and Sarah. He was probably born between 1689 and 1695 for his older brother, William Stark, Jr's latest date of birth is 1689. Christopher was deeded property from his father, William Stark, Sr. March 24 , 1716. To own property, Christopher had to be 21, hence the latest date of birth would be 1695. 2) July 11; Susquehanna Company received their deed from the Indians. Company consisted of five hundred thirty-four members, each to have two shares with a total of 1064 shares. Members were from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York with majority from Connecticut. Christopher Stark, Sr. is named in the list of grantees as was his brother-in-law Thomas Walworth, sister of Joanna Walworth, who had married Christopher's Sister Phebe Stark. 1) Christopher Stark, Sr. died and in his will names his son James Stark as executor with proviso he should take care of his Mother. James Stark died in Military camp during a smallpox epidemic. 1) July 3; Wyoming Valley Massacre. Aaron Stark and Daniel Stark killed in the massacre. James Stark, Jr. was in the Battle of Wyoming and one of the last soldiers to leave the fort. He returned to Pawling, where he apparently made his home for the rest of his life. William Stark escaped the massacre with his family, living in the Oblong, NY before his return to the Wyoming Valley 10 years later. 1) April 25; "To Lieut. Peaks. Sir be pleased to pay to my Honored father or his order three months wages which is due to me - it being for value received as witness my hand this 25 April 1781. Signed John (His mark) Stark; Witnesses Timothy Price & William Richardson. (Note With this manuscript was a folded & torn piece of paper which may have been an envelope. 2) May 24, 1781; Susanna Sterk, member of the Congregational Church of New Concord, Town of Chatham, Columbia Co., NY. Could this be be Christopher Stark, Jr.'s spouse? This town is located in the Oblong adjacent to the Beekman Patent. Source: Records of Jennie McKee, Greensburg, Indiana.

3) August 1-4; Lt. Christopher Stark and Ashel Stark appear on pay roll of Captain William Shephard's Company, Col. Cornelius Douty's Regiment, in regiment of foot, of the state of Vermont in Alarm at Saratoga. Source: "Revolutionary War Rolls", page 409.

1) February 28; "To Col. John Rensselar. Please to deliver to the bearer, William Stark, the notes that is due Christopher Stark for his Militia wages and you will oblige your friend." Signed Susanna (Her Mark) Stark; Witnesses William Gifford & John Gifford. This would be Christopher Stark, Jr. for his father died in 1777. Susanna Stark is probably Christopher's Spouse indicating Christopher Stark, Jr. could be deceased. William Stark is probably Christopher son.
