The following Table only reports the suggested allele values of those markers observed to have mutations relative to the Ancestral Haplotype. This Background color suggests the individual had the Ancestral Haplotype value at that Marker as defined in Appendix 1. This Background color suggests the individual had a mutation at that Marker relative to the Ancestral Haplotype. This Background color indicates there is insufficient data to ascertain the Allele value at that marker with certainty. This background color reports there was no data available to determine the allele value at that marker.
