Deceased Name: Darrell R. Clover
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June
14, 2003, in
Moreland Presbyterian Church for Darrell R. Clover, who died June 9 at
age 84.
Mr. Clover was born Jan. 5, 1919, in Portland, where
he lived all
his life. During World War II, he served in the Army in the
Philippines. He was an appliance technician for General Electric for 32
years. He was a 50-year member of the church and a volunteer handyman
there and a volunteer for handicapped passengers for TriMet. In 1940,
he married Maxine Glover.
Survivors include his wife; son, Michael; daughter,
Gail Lough; and
two grandchildren. Remembrances to the American Heart Association.

ELMIRA - The graveside funeral will be
held Sept. 30 for Howard L. Clover
of Elmira, who died Sept. 27 of
heart failure. He was 73. He was born Feb. 26, 1932, in Muskegon,
Mich., to Ward and Maude Clover. He married Mary Ann Hubert on Jan. 23,
1952, in Long Beach, Calif. Clover served as a sailor during the Korean
War. He was employed by Georgia-Pacific as a sawyer until his
retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and gardening. His
family will remember him for "his sense of humor and love of family."
Survivors include his wife; five sons, Roger of Springfield, Howard Jr.
of Redmond, Robert of Veneta, Larry of Bend and Tommy of Elmira; four
daughters, Connie Chapman of Creswell, Nancy Hartman of Lebanon, Penny
Cooper of Veneta and Jenny Whitaker of Elmira; a brother, Robert, and
sister, Betty Vaandering, both of Lakewood, Mich.; 17 grandchildren;
and 13 great-grand- children.
Friday's service will be at 2 p.m. at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene.
England's Eugene Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Deceased Name: MARK LANE CLOVER
A private memorial service for Mark Lane Clover of
Estacada will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in the family residence. Mr. Clover
died of cancer Thursday in his home. He was 37.
Mr. Clover was born May 14, 1956, in San Francisco. He had been a
Portland-area resident for the past 25 years. He and Penny Kunze were
married June 10, 1978, in Oregon City. Mr. Clover worked as a foreman
for Owen Corning Roofing Supply.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Brandon of
Estacada; daughter, Angela of Estacada; parents, Cecil and Elizabeth of
Grand Junction, Co.; brothers, Ronald of Farmington, N.M., and David of
Seattle; and sisters, JoAnne Cartwright of Alabama and Linda Finerty of
Boring.

Obituaries
A memorial service
for Paul Frederick Clover of Beaverton, Oregon, a retired sales manager
for Rose City Paper Box Co. will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 18,
1993, in the Agnes Flanagan Chapel at Lewis and Clark College, Portland
Oregon.
Mr. Clover died of
a self-inflicted gun shot wound Tuesday in a Portland hospital.
He had suffered a stroke in November of 1992 which left him unable to
communicate. He was 49 years old.
He was born on June
10, 1943 in New Ulm, Minnesota. Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Army; he
served in Africa from 1962 until 1965.
Survivors include
his wife, Faith; sons, Peter of Beaverton and Erik of Portland;
stepdaughter, Kait Hilliard of Los Angeles; mother, Margaret Clover of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa; stepmother, Jean Clover of Bristol Village, Ohio;
sister, Mary Obrzut of Streamwood; and one granddaughter.
Disposition was by
cremation.
The family suggests
remembrances be contributions to Oregon Public Broadcasting.

A graveside service for Joyce
“Red” Clover, age 94, of Dallas,
Oregon, formerly of Enid, will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 6, 2009,
at the Memorial Park Garden Chapel, with Rev. Dan Barrick
officiating.
Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
He was born to Phillip and Ellen (Branson)
Clover on July 10,
1914, in Nash, OK and died Saturday, February 28, 2009 in Dallas,
Oregon.
He grew up north of Nash and attended school
at Sandy Point, west
of Hollie. He later worked at CCC camps. Levi married Opal
McCormick,
and they made their home in Enid. He worked at the Champlin
Refinery.
Due to ill health, he moved to Dallas, Oregon in 2002.
Joyce is survived by two sons, Chuck Clover of
Enid, and Lester
Clover and wife LaDonna, of Enid: one daughter, Gloria Clover of Salem,
OR; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Helen Rousch of Enid and Mona
Biby of Nash.
He was preceded in death by his wife Opal,
five brothers, and five sisters.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home
to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.

Mrs. Charlotte E. Esser of 4724
NE 103rd Ave, died at a Portland Hospital Monday following an illness.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1:30 PM at Batman's Chapel of the
Dawn. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Mrs. Esser was born 10 May 1891,
in Mitchell, the daughter of Frederick and Roxanna Clover. She
was a third generation Oregonian whose grandparents settled in Oregon
in 1843. She is survived by her son Jack F. of Portland and
two grandchildren.

Oregon Censuses.]
