Census Maps These maps show the divisions of the state into counties for each of the censuses from 1790 on to 1930 and how those counties changed. At the bottom of the page for your state there is also a discussion of existing federal, teriitorial, and state censuses for each state. Immigration Problems:
However, the search feature is not as good as it might be. If you have
trouble finding someone, try the following search on Jewishgen. It is
