Know all men by these Presents that I Hezekiah Pigg of Pittsylvania County hath Bargined & sold unto William Owin of the same County my Land & Negroes and all my cattle & horses and household furniture and do Warrant & Defend the same to him from all persons Whatsoever Laying any Claim or title to any of the above Named Articles given under my hand this fourth Day of March 1786
