  This Indenter made this 20th day of June ano ye year of Our Lord one thousand seven Hundred and Eighty Between Isaac Clement and Ann Clement his wife of the County of Pittsylvania of the one part and John Clement of the Same County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Isaac Clement for and in consideration of Five hundred pounds Current Money of Virginia in hand paid by the Said John Clement at and before the insealing and Delivery of these Presents the Recept whereof the Said Isaac Clement doth hereby Acknowlege and the Said John Clement and His Heirs there from aquitt Exorate and Discharge doth Grant Bargain and Sell and by these presents doth grant Bargin Sell Elien feeof and confirm unto the Said John Clement his heirs & assigns all my right and title to that track or Parsel of Land Containing by Estimation five hundred and three Acres be the Same More or Less Situate lying and being in the County of Pittsylvania and on both Sides of the North and South forks of Sycamore Creek and bounded as followeth Begining at a pine at James Calloways Corner thence a new line South Eleven East One Hundred and Twenty six poles to pointers in the old line thence along the old line the Said old line North Seventy five East One Hundred and fifty seven poles to a pine North Sixty five degrees East one Hundred and forty poles to a pine South Sixty five East two Hundred and twelve poles Crossing two Branches to a Red Oak South twenty Degrees East One Hundred poles to a red Oak South Seventy Degrees East Sixty poles crossing the South fork to a pine North ten Degrees west eighty poles to a Small pine North twenty five Degrees East Eighty poles Crossing a branch Just above sd fork to a white Oak North Sixty Six Degrees East thirty poles to pointers North twenty Degrees East Sixty six poles Crossing Sycamore Creek Just below the the fork to a pine North Sixty five West one Hundred and Eighty poles to a pine South Forty two Degrees West two Hundred and fifty two poles to pointers South Seventy Eight Degrees West Seventy poles to the Begining Together with all and Singular Houses and buildings fences Orchards Woods ways Waters and Water Courses to the Said Land belonging or in any wise appertaining with all Estate Right title and Property Claim or Demand unto the Said John Clement his Heirs or Assigns and that the Said John Clement his Heirs or Assigns may at any time here after enter into and upon have [?] Occupy possess and injoy the Said the Said Land and Premisses hereby Granted without the Denial Molestation or Disturbance of him the sd. Isaac Clements and [?] that at any time here after at the request proper Cost and Charge in the Law of him the Said Isaac Clement that they will make and Execute or Cause to be made or executed such further or other reasonable Acts of Conveyance or assyrabce as Shall be adjuged Reasonable for the Quiet injoyment of the above Granted land and Premises whereof the said Isaac Clement hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the Day and year above written

The within Indenture of bargain and Sale from Isaac Clement to John Clement was Acknowledged by the Said Isaac Clement to be his Act and Deed and Ordered to be recorded by the Court
