At a Court held for Campbell County January 11th 1802 The within Inventory and appraisement of the Estate of Benjamin Butterworth deceased was exhibited in Court and ordered to be Recorded
Pages 245-246 - 10 Feb 1806 - Butterworth's estate a/c In obedience to an order from the Worshipful Court of Campbell County to us directed we the subscribers have proceeded and settled the account current of Benjamin Butterworth deceased with Sarah Butterworth administratrix of the said estate and upon a settlement of the accounts presented to us find a ballance due from the said estate of one hundred and twenty pounds two shillings and six pence. Also find assets in the hands of the administratrix due to the said estate on demand Isaac Butterworth bond and intrust of one pound thirteen shillings Thomas Edds bond and interest seven pounds sixteen shillings. Samuel Terrells bond fifteen pounds one shilling due the 1 Jany next ensuing also due from the Admrs. of the said estate the sum of twenty pounds payable the 5th day of December next ensuing Given under our hands this 28th day of December 1805
At a Court held for Campbell County February 10th 1806 The within account current of the estate of Benjamin Butterworth Senr. deceased with the administratrix was exhibited in Court and ordered to be recorded.
Sarah Butterworth 1/3 part is the sum of . . . And as the above division is made as equal as it possible can no provision is made for the payment of the same. lots drawn . . . Joseph Butterworth The land lotted off . . . lots drawn . . . John Clements for the benefit of Philip Payne
In obedience to an order of the Worshipful court of Campbell County to us directed we the Subscribers have lay'd off and allotted to the legatees of Benjamin Butterworth dec'd their respective part of the estate of the said decedent as within stated Given under our hands this 31st day December 1805
