On Motion of Vachel Clement it is Ordered that he be released from any farther accountabillity as Security for Dennis Kelly as Administrator of Samuel Kelly Dec.d the said Dennis Kelly having resigned his Administration & Field Colman having obtained a probit of the Will of said Dect.

Page 81 - December Court 1819
Ordered that Dennis Cochran be appointed Guardian to John Clement Orphan of James Clement Decd. in the place of (James Bird his former Guardian who has moved out of the state) whereupon he entered into bond with Vachel Clement his Security in the sum of One thousand dollars Conditioned as the Law directs

Ordered that Dennis Cochran be appointed Guardian to George Clement Orphan of James Clement Decd. (in the place of James Bird his former Guardian who is moved out of this State) whereupon the said Cochran together with Vachel Clement his Security entered into bond in the sum of $1000 Conditioned as the Law directs
