PEPERAK) Deanne's Children: David CARSON Randy CARSON Notes: Dad had a lot of nicknames including my childhood name "Daddy Dink", "Coach", "E.E.", Papa Bull", "Paw Paw" and, of course, "Bull". During WW II, he was in the US Navy, and administered physical training to officer candidates in New York City. He lived most of his life in Abilene, TX, where he owned and operated Bull Durham TV Repair Service.
	2. Violet Irene Durham (b. Feb 27, 1917 in Rotan, TX; m. Nial Asher in Houston, TX on Jun 14, 1943) Children: Patsy Irene Asher (b. Oct 25, 1943) Danny Clare Asher (b. Oct 11, 1945) Jerry Asher (b. Nov 30, 1950). Notes:
	3. Paul Stafford Durham (b. Nov 16, 1926 in Galveston, TX; m. Ethel Louise HAGAR (b. Jun 24, 1925) on Nov 14, 1943,  in San Diego, CA) Children: Lois Diane Durham (b. Feb 23, 1947, m. Gale FARLEY) Pamela Sue Durham (b. Mar 20, 1949, m1. Norman T. LAMBERT; m2. Jerry JONES) Paul Stafford Durham Jr. (b. Oct 10, 1953, m. Rochelle ?) Notes: Louise is the daughter of Lois and Maggie CALDWELL. Paul was in the U.S. Marines and attended telephone school for two years after becoming married. He was then shipped out and participated in two WWII campaigns in the Pacific: Palau (Sep 10-17, 1944) and Okinawa (Apr 7-12, 1945).
	4. Kenneth Ray Durham (b. Jan 18, 1923 in Alleytown Colorado Co, TX; m. Mary Lou MEIXNER in Pittsburgh, PA) Children: Kenneth Ray Durham Jr. (b. Mar 21, 1947) Alan Durham (adopted, b.??) Janet Durham (b. ?, m. Ted KIDD) Notes:
	5. Victor LeRoy Durham (b. Mar 25, 1925 in Alleytown, TX; d. July 21, 1944 in Guam - killed in action)   Notes: US Marine PFC Victor L. Durham was killed in action on Guam in WW II. He is buried in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Bexar Co, San Antonio, TX, Plot T 30.  "As my father and uncles have related the story, Victor was not old enough to enlist, but desperately wanted to join all his brothers in the action.  He begged and begged his mother to let him go. Since he was only 17 at the time, his mother had to sign for him to permit him to enlist. As fate would have it, he was the only Durham boy killed.  The other brothers all returned home safely." - Jim Durham, website author.

Here is Edmond's obituary. Jessie Baker Durham is buried on the San Jacinto battlefield (or Grandview Memorial Cemetery Pasadena, Harris Co, TX. She (called "Grandmother Durham" later in life) was baptized in 1896 in Jordan Creek into the Church of Christ by "my daddy". She attended Indian Creek in Fayette County, Salome in Williamson county, Wright in Fisher county. Her teachers at Wright were: Miss Antonio Miners, Mr. Brooks, Joan Nichols, and C. R. Mauldin. Edmond Meadows was baptized in 1918 into the Church of Christ in Rotan, TX.
