MOORE, JACK G, Passed awy in (Oakmont) Santa Rosa, August 12, 2002. Loving husband of Patricia I. Moore of (Oakmont) Santa Rosa. Beloved father of Michael (Jeanie) Moore of Manhattan Beach, CA.; Mary J Moore of Mill Valley, CA.; and Thomas G. Moore of Redwood city, CA. A native of Minnesota, age 81 years. Mr. Moore was a parishioner of Star of the Valley Catholic church and was a faithful usher for many years. He was also an avid golfer. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 15, 2002 at 1:00 PM at Star of the Valley Catholic Church, 545 White Oak Dr. (Oakmont) Santa Rosa. Private interment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2002 from 3PM until 7PM at LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL, 4321 Sonoma Hwy., Santa Rosa.
