Your petitioner, J.L. WILSON as administrator of the estate of Robert S. WILSON, dec'd would most respectfully represent and show unto your Honor that letters of administration have this day been granted your petitioner by the clerk of your Honor's court upon the estate of said dec'd.
Further represents that a portion of the estate of said dec'd is liable to be lost and greatly depreciated in value and that __ ___ __ to the interest said estate to sell that portion of said estate at the earliest day possible.
Therefore, petitioner prays your Honor to grant him as ___ administrator an order to sell the same, as in such case made and provided by law, petitioner ever prays.

As this day it appearing to the Judge of said Court, that a portion of the personal estate of said dec'd is liable to be lost and greatly depreciated in value. It is ordered that said administrator sell same personal property at the late residence of said dec'd on the 21st day of May next at public auction on a audit of ten months, first giving at least 20 days public notice of the time and place in said county and that said administrator take notes of the purchasers with good and sufficient security and make this report to the next term of said court.

State of Arkansas County of Pope - We the undersigned being called on by James S. WILSON, Administration and Sarah W.WILSON wife of Robert S. WILSON, dec. to run of survey, the dower in land of said Sarah W. WILSON. It being in Section 5, Township 7, Range 18, N.W. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4 and also 26 2/3 acres lying in the N.W. side of the N.E. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4. It being the one third of the whole tract of land which contained 200 acres, the 1/3 being 66 2/3 acres. This being the 10th day of August 1859.

WILSON departed this life in Pope county, on or about the 21 day of April, 1859. That the said Robert S. WILSON died without making any will; That, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the value of the estate of deceased is about the sum of three thousand dollars; that the names and residence of the heirs of deceased, is as follows, viz; Sallie WILSON, widow of dec'd, Mary WILSON & Robert WILSON of Pope County, Arkansas.
And, further, deposes and says, that he will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights, and credits, of the deceased, and pay his debts, as far as the assets which may come to his hands will extend, and the law directs; and that he will account for, and pay over, according to law, all assets which shall come to his hands or possession, so help him God. John HILL, Andrew GRIFFIN and Lemuel BOWERS being of no akin to neather of the legatees who have been appointed by James L. WILSON administrator of Robert S. WILSON dec'd to view and appraise the remainder of the personal estate of said dec'd personally appeared before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace for said county and were sworn to view and appraise such estate as shall be produced to them truly and justly to the best of their judgement.
