Whereas, It appearing to the Court here that Martin WALTON is dec'd and having made no will and testament and application being made by David J. WALTON to have Letter of Administration granted him on the estate of the said Martin WALTON deceased he having given bond and security, as by law in such cases is required.
Whereupon the Court ordered that he have Letters accordingly. These are therefore to authorize and impower you the same D.J. WALTON to enter into and upon all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said Martin WALTON deceased and the same in your possession take whomsoever to be found in the State and a true and perfect inventory thereof make, and return unto our issuing County Court an oath; and all the just debts of the intestate pay so far as the said estate will amount or extend; the residue thereof deliver to those who have a right thereto by law therein fail not.
