Agreeably to an order of the County Court September term 1845 We the undersigned freeholders of said County after being duly sworn have proceeded to set apart to the late widow of David J. WALTON deceased so much of the crop and provisions on hand as will be sufficient in our opinion for her and family one year from the death of her husband. We set apart for her said purpose the following articles
13 barrels corn----all on hand, 1500lb pork, all on hand
25 bushels wheat---all on hand, one ____ on hand
6 bushels____-----3 bushels on hand, one hundred pounds sugar, not on hand
forty pounds coffey-not on hand, two pounds pepper, not on hand
one pound_____----not on hand, twenty pounds ___ ____, on hand
fifty pounds cotton--on hand
We the undersigned do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct allowance to the best of our knowledge and belief given under our hands and seals this 23rd day of September 1845.
