pg 690) Whereas it appears to the Court that Elizabeth WALTON is dec'd and application being made by Ephraim FARTHING to have Letters of Administration granted to him on the estate of the said Elizabeth WALTON dec'd he having given bond and security as the law directs, the Court therefore orders that he have Letters accordingly. These are therefore to authorize and impower you the said Ephraim FARTHING to enter into and upon all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said Elizabeth WALTON dec'd and the same unto your possession take wheresoever the same may be found in this State, and a true and perfect inventory make and return to our issuing County Court an oath, and all the just debts of said estate pay so far as said estate will amount or extend and the residual pay to or deliver to those who are entitled thereto by law. Herein fail not. Witness R.H. MURPHY clerk of our said at office the 1st Monday in January 1859
