Estate of W.H. Sheron, Deceased, County of Cooke. In County Court
of Cooke County, Texas, Sitting for Probate ___, June Term, A.D. 1917

On this the 23rd day of June A.D. 1917, came on to be heard the application of S.W. Gibson, for letters of administration upon the estate of W.H. Sheron, deceased, and it appearing to the court that the said W.H. Sheron is dead; that four years have not elapsed since his deceased prior to the date of his filing said application; that this court has jurisdiction of said estate and that the said S.W. Gibson was at a former term of this court duly and legally appointed temorary administrator of said estate and is entitled to letters by law and is not disqualified, therefore it is ordered by the court that administration be granted upon the estate of the said W.H. Sheron, deceased, and that the said S.W. Gibson receive letters of administration thereon, upon his taking the oath required by law and giving bond in the sum of twenty five hundred dollars; and that when the said S.W. Gibson shall have qualified according to law the clerk of this court will issue letters in accordance with this order.

It is further ordered by the court that J.D. Hourth - J.F. Cobbla & J.F. Morris who are respectful? citizens of Cooke Co Texas be and __ are hereby appointed appraisers of the estate of W.H. Sheron, deceased & they are hereby authorized & directed to appraise said estate & make due returns to this court at the time & in the manner required by law. H.S. Holman, County Judge








All of the above testimony being reduced in writing, properly sworn is and filed with the papers of this cause, therefore the court finds as a fact that W.H. Shearron is dead; that he died in Gainesville Texas on the 2nd day of March 1917; that he had one full sister, Emma McBride, and one half brother John R. Parsley and three half sisters, Mary A. Clowers, Sarah Prince, and Nancy Black, all of whom are the heirs and only heirs of W.H. Shearron deceased, and it is so ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court.
And it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court, that Emma McBride is entitled to a two sixth interest, in and to the estate of W.H. Shearron, deceased; and that Mary A. Clowers, Nancy Black, John R. Parsley, and the heirs of Sarah Prince are entitled to a one sixth interest, except the heirs of the said Sarah Prince, who are entitled to their mothers share, that is a one sixth interest in said estate, as shown by the inventory of the said estate, recorded in the Probate Minutes of Cooke County Texas in Cause No 2397, which cause and inventory, is made apart of this judgement in aid of description of said estate.
And it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said Emma McBride shall have a two sixth interest in all of the property, real and personal belonging to the estate of W.H. Shearron at the time of his death; and Mary A. Clowers, Nancy Black, John R. Parsley, shall each have a one sixth interest thereto, as also the heirs of the said Prince, who are hereby declared to inherit, per __, that is the share of their mother; and the administrator, S.W. Gibson, duly appointed and qualified as such of the estate of the decedent W.H. Shearron, is hereby ordered to turn over to and deliver unto the said Emma McBride, Mary A. Clowers, John R. Parsley, Nancy Black and the heirs of Sarah Prince, the portion heretofore decreed to them, and each of them after paying all cost incurred by them, in this cause, and the probate causes, aforesaid, both temporary and permanent.
And all right, title and interest in and to all the real estate and personal property belonging to the estate of the said W.H. Shearron deceased, is hereby vested in the said Emma McBride, Mary A. Clowers, John R. Parsley, Nancy Black and Sarah Prince and her heirs and is hereby divested out of all other persons whomsoever. It is further ordered by the court that E.A. Blanton, Esq be and he is hereby allowed a fee of $10.00 for representing the unknown heirs of W.H. Shearron, deceased, in accordance with the order of this court and the clerk of this court is directed to tax the sum as apart of the cost of this proceedings, to be paid out of the estate of said W.H. Shearron, deceased, and the said administrator W.S. Gibson is hereby directed to pay all such cost, before turning over the property to those heretofore mentioned as entitled to the same. All the process necessary to carry out the provisions of this judgement is hereby ordered to issue,

I Ed Liedtke, County Clerk of Cooke County Tex hereby certify that the foregoing three pages contain a true and correct copy of the decree of the County Court of Cooke County Texas, except the testimony therein recorded as appears of record in the civil minutes of said court, in Vol 8 pages 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, and 162 in the cause of Emma McBride vs the Unknown heirs of W.H. Shearron deceased.
