Patsy D. Price, 65, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006.
She was born Aug. 28, 1940, in the Griffin Flat
community, the daughter of Lela (Ashmore) Bower
and E.E. Bower. She was the widow of Alvin Price.
Survivors include one daughter, Beverly Blake of
Morrilton; two sons, Mike Price of Atkins, and Tony
Price of Little Rock; her mother, Lela Bower of
Atkins; one brother, Kenneth Bower of Russellville;
three sisters, Mary Silvers of Russellville, Fran
Smith of Atkins, and Martha Flory of Hattieville;
nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were 2 p.m., Tuesday, at Lemley
Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Holyfield and
Charles Smith officiating. Burial was in Oakland
Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Pallbearers were
Billy Bower, Bobby Bower, Charles Smith, Darrell Flory,
Ellis Ray Lunningham, and Bill Martin. Honorary
pallbearers were nurses and staff at Atkins Nursing
Home, Dr. Chris Horan, and nurses at the Atkins Millard-Henry Clinic.
