Johnnie Dean Ogden Mourot, 77, of Plumerville,
Arkansas, died Friday, May 13, 2005. She was born
September 15, 1927, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, a
daughter of Walter Earl and Ola Mae Ward Ogden.
Mrs. Mourot was the widow of Ernest Mourot, a
shoe clerk, and attended Plumerville Methodist
Church. Survivors include her son, Bobby Keith
Mourot of Plumerville; daughter, Paula and husband,
Major Anthony Gortemiller of Leavenworth, Kansas;
brother, Willard Ogden and wife, Rosie, of Glendale,
Arizona; and grandchildren, Tessie and Brandon Foiles,
Collin Mourot, and Ian and Chase Gortemiller.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Monday, May 16, at Harris
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Von Dell Mooney
officiating. Burial was at Friendship Cemetery by
Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Pallbearers were
Brandon Foiles, Mark Ogden, Tommy Fields, Tony
Gortemiller, Tom Erbach, and John Thompson. Honorary
pallbearers were Derrick Ryan, Tessie Foiles, Collin
Mourot, Ian Gortemiller, and Chase Gortemiller.
