Jeff Hill, aged 77, died Tuesday,March 10 at his home
in Center Ridge. He had been in poor health for the past
three years. Before that time he was very active. He obeyed
the gospel in 1874, and he lived a consistant Christian life.
Mr. Hill is survived by his widow, six children, forty-four
grandchildren. The children are: Allen Hill, Alex Hill, Mrs.
Ollie Hesselbein, and Mrs. Ann Hensley of Center Ridge, Mrs.
Cora Stobaugh of Spalding, Okla., and Mrs. Lizzie Gordon of
Plummerville. Funeral services were conducted at the
Pleasant Hill Cemetery by Brother J.L. Gordon.
