Gladys Kathryn Gordon, age 80, passed away June 8, 2003.
She was born and raised in the Hamilton Community, was a
homemaker and a charter member of Pleasant Grove Baptist
Church. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Fred
Gordon; one son, Gary Gordon of Carlisle and a daughter,
Mary Alice Shannon of Conway; five grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents,
Joel & Mary Barber, four brothers, two sisters and one
grandson. Funeral Services were 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant
Grove Baptist Church with interment in Union Valley Cemetery,
Coy; arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. Memorials
may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
