"Fletcher - Mrs. Margaret F., 83, widow of John Fletcher
died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs Millard Smalley
near Whiteville. She had lived in Whiteville community all
her life. Member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. Survived by four
daughters, Mrs Smalley, Mrs Donnie Davis, Memphis. Mrs Bessie
Steele and Mrs J.J. Arrowood, Somerville and two sons John
Fletcher, Whiteville and Bunyan Freedman, Texas. Services at
Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Rev. R.E. Langhmer of Jackson
officiated. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery."
