3. Oct 12, 1860 Wayne Co MS census record shows John S. Gordon age 32, Catherine age 28, Mary age 6, Elisha age 4 & John A. age 1 on their farm in P.O. Waynesboro area. Their real estate is valued at $500 & personal property valued at $2000. All were born in Mississippi. (pg 499, #180)
