Married: (2) Sarah Ann Childers Mar 11, 1878 Pope Co AR. She is the daughter of Alexander Childers & Delilah ?. She was born May 20, 1858, died about 1920 OK.

3. Aug 16, 1870 Pope Co AR census shows Angeline Armstrong, James age 23, John age 19, Missouri age 20, Lizzie age 17, Freeman age 14 & Melissa age 12 living in Wilson Twp, P.O. Dover with personal property valued at $20. Melissa was attending school. They are farmers. (pg 426b, #998)
4. June 5, 1880 Collin Co TX census shows John W. Armstrong age 25, Missouri age 27, Booth age 5, Anna age 3 & Angeline Armstrong age 60 & a widow, living in Precinct 8. John is a farmer & son-in-law of Angeline. (pg 289a, #91)
5. Date & place of death for Angeline Gordon-Armstrong is unknown. It is believed that she died in Oklahoma.
6. Angeline Gordon-Armstrong is my ggg Aunt.
