4. Oct 17, 1861 George enlisted in the 9th KY Mtd Inf, Co G, C.S.A. as a Captain.

6. July 22, 1870 Logan Co KY census record lists George as a 35yr old farmer living in Adairville District, Adairville P.O. with real estate valued at $10,000 & personal property valued at $3000. There are two mulatto servants in the household named Martha Boyd age 29 & Martha Walker age 9. George A. King is a proprietor of a Livery Stable & George L. 13. June 4, 1880 Davidson Co TN census record shows Thompson King age 27, Margaret age 22, Mary age 9 months & a mulatto servant named Nannie Folks age 9 living in Nashville TN, Division 2, Ward 13 on Foster Street. No occupation is noted for Thompson King. Mary was born in August. (pg 412b, #128)
14. Sep 11, 1895 George A. King & wife Mary file an equity petition in Logan Co KY Circuit Court against G.W. Johnson for a tract of land in Logan Co KY. (Logan Co KY Circuit Court File# 5629)
15. June 2, 1900 Davidson Co TN census record shows George L. King age 41 & single (born Feb 1859) living in Nashville, Ward 5 on Cherry Street. Occupation is laborer. He was born in KY. (pg 204b, #32)
16. June 5, 1900 Davidson Co KY census record shows George A. King age 65 (born Oct 1857), Ernest age 33 (born Jun 1867), Percy age 27 (born Mar 1873) & Ella age 25 (born May 1875) living in Nashville, Ward 15 on South Market Street. George is a widower & working at a race track, Ernest is a shipping clerk & Percy is a blacksmith. All were born in KY. (pg 306a, #62)
18. June 16, 1900 Crawford Co KS census record shows Thompson King, widower, living with his sister Martha Wickware in Baker township. His daughter Mary is also living with them & a boarder named Ralph Dutcher. Thompson's occupation is farm hand. (pg 61a, #41)
19. Apr 18, 1910 Davidson Co TN census record shows Ernest King age 42, Nora age 33 living in a rented home in Nashville City, District 1, Ward 12 on Sixth Ave South. They had been married 10 years, had 2 children, both living. Ernest was working as a shipping clerk dealing with fish, ice & coal. (pg 50, #95)
20. Apr 18, 1910 Davidson Co TN census record shows Percy N. King age 38 & Cassey age 29 living in Nashville City, District 1, Ward 25 on Charlotte Ave. They had been married 4 years & had no children. Percy is a blacksmith. (pg 201a, #85)

22. Jan 13, 1920 Davidson Co TN census record shows Ernest D. King Sr. age 51, Nora age 42, Ernest D. Jr. age 16 & George A. age 18 living in District 1, Nashville city, Ward 7. Ernest King Sr. is an Insurance Agent, George King is a Bank Bookkeeper. Ernest King Sr. was born in KY & all others in TN. (pg 42a, #267)
23. Apr 3, 1930 Davidson Co TN census record shows Ernest D. King Jr. age 24 & wife Jessie age 23 living in Nashville city, Ward 7, 400 block of 7th Avenue North. Ernest is an Insurance Salesman & Jessie is a Stenographer. They were married in 1928. (pg 198a)
