* Napolean Lynn married Josephine Alene Georger May 7, 1900 Mississippi County MO. Very little is known about Josephine other than she had red hair and was left handed and took her daughter Mary Magdaline to Fornfelt (now Scott city) MO to her parents house so that her grandmother, Mary Scheeter-Georger, could teach her to sew and to spend time with them. She said they spoke German and taught her little songs and poems. They were of the Catholic faith. Josephine was very ill before she died and stayed with her daughter Mary Magdaline in Leachville AR until her death.
* Napolean was a farmer and hunted and trapped for a living. His granddaughters in Mississippi (N.B. Jr's children) who knew him until his death said he was also a bootlegger, making his own whiskey. When caught and taken to court he said he would continue to do so rather than go on welfare. He died under questionable circumstances. It was possible he was murdered, as he was found in a water-filled ditch and his death certificate state "accidental drowning." When the family went to his home they found what few things he had of value had been stolen and his dog had been killed.
