James COBB
pg 203) A memorial exhibited by James COBB to be registered in the Auditor's Office of a plantation or tract of land containing 100 acres situate in Craven County the North side of Broad River on a small branch thereof bounding the N. Eastward by land surveyed for John LEE, of the other sides by vacant land. Survey certified the 25th November 1766 and granted the 17th day of February 1767 to the memorialist the quit rent of 3 shillings sterling or 4 shillings proclamation money for 100 acres to commence two years from the date, in witness whereof he hath hereunto set his hand the 1st day of April 1767.

Isaac DuBOSE
pg 473) A memorial exhibited by Isaac DuBOSE to be registered in the Auditor's Office pursuant to the act of ___ ___ ___ ___ of a plantation or tract of land containing one hundred and sixty nine acres situate in Craven County near Santee River in St. Stephen's parish, viz, seventy seven acres of ___ part of a tract of five hundred and twenty seven acres of land originally granted unto Elizabeth COUTURIER the __ day of Sept of 35 and afterwards became the property of Peter COUTURIER, the other twenty two acres which __ up the 169 acres is part of a tract of two hundred and fifty acres originally granted the __ day of Sept 1753, to Peter COUTURIER which said one hundred and sixty nine acres is butting and bounding to the West on Isaac DuBOSE land, to the East on land beloning to the heir of David COUTURIER and part on vacant land and on the other sides on vacant land: __ 3/sterling or 4/__ money __ acres and conveyed by the said Peter COUTURIER the 14th day of Decr 1755 to Jonathan DuBOSE and by him and Mary DuBOSE his wife conveyed to the memorialist by lease and release bearing dates respectively the 18th/19th days of August one thousand seven hundred and sixty seven. Said witness whereof he hath hereunto set his hand the 30th day of April 1770. Isaac DuBOSE

John LEE
pg 473) A memorial exhibited by John LEE to be registered with the Auditor's Office of a plantation or tract of land containing fifty acres situate in Craven County between Broad and Catawba Rivers bounded Southeast by John LEE's land and on all other sides by vacant lands originally granted the 20th day of Dec 1762 to Francis PEARSON quit rents 3/sterling & 4/pence money for 100 acres to commence two years from this date and conveyed by her to the memorialist by lease and release bearing date respectively the 26th & 27th days of June 1766.
