Francis LEE & Alexander GORDON to John CAMERON

Know all men by these presents that we Francis LEE and Alexander GORDON are firmly bound unto John CAMERON planter of the County and State aforesaid in the final sum of one thousand pounds sterling lawfull money of the State aforesaid to be paid unto the said John CAMERON his certain attorney his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for the which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this twenty seventh day of September 1792.
The condition of the above obligation which that if the above named Francis LEE and Alexander GORDON shall make or cause to be made unto the above named John CAMERON a good, sure, lawfull and __ right to a certain tract

pg ?) of land containing two hundred acres on which Andrew GUNN now lives at or upon the twelth day of November 1793 that the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law, signed, sealed and delivered in presence of us the day and year above written.

Memorandum that on the 21st day of July 1796 Henry MOORE Esqr appeared in open court and being duly sworn made oath that __ the within named Francis LEE and Alexander GORDON sign, seal and deliver the within bonds to John CAMERON for the uses and purposes within mentioned and that James TURNER signed his name as a witness at the __ with this deponent sworn the date above.
